Home Page Disclaimer(s):
Any rent rates displayed in this site should be considered only as approximate guidelines as periodic changes do occur without website updates. All rent increases follow a strict
mandated guideline from the housing regulatory body whereby notice is served to tenants with a provisional time period for grievance to be filed and heard.

APARTMENT AVAILIBILITY: Occupancy is based upon availability. Each site manager utilizes a “Waiting List” whereby prospective tenants are served on a “first come, first served” basis. It should be noted that some events may dictate deviation from waiting list but all are in strict compliance with government mandated regulations.

ADA Accessible Units: There are a limited number of ADA Accessible (Americans with Disabilities Act) units set aside at each apartment complex.
